Ok, so some groceries shopped, and tomorrows shake mix measured out into go cups for work.  Turns out to be 1 1/4 cups of milk (soy, almond, hemp, coconut, cow, goat, what other kinds are there?) with 2 1/2 tbsp of shake mix.  I haven’t yet bought a blender, I’m just going to shake it old school.  Tomorrow night I’m meeting a friend for sushi, figured it would be easier to find something healthy there than at a pub!  I’m a little apprehensive about all this because I really like food, real food…obviously.  Not likely to be obese If I didn’t like food.  I wasn’t planning on counting calories, but…
