I can’t believe I’m doing this…

Strict cleanse and diet. No caffeine, no sugar, no sauces. Seven meals per day, weighed portions and specific amounts. This is going to be exceptionally difficult, but It will only be for 2 weeks, not quite, just until I head to calgary, 12 days. Wish me luck… in addition to the obvious cut outs, fruits are only allowed on the 4th day, as well as 1/2 an avocado. I spent 3 hours doing food prep today, any idea how hard it is to find 7 lean proteins to eat every day?

I have no idea how I will manage to eat all this food… this is 3 days worth of portions. Commence the detox…
